If there are any issues at all with your order, for example it is defective, damaged, the wrong item or missing a part, please contact us at tash@paxforkids.com.au.
We will organise a return or replacement item or part, or you could opt for a refund instead. Where granted, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
