When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch within one business day if you order before 5pm.
Can I return my product?
Yes, of course. If you're not happy with your Pax for any reason, send it back to us and we will give you a full refund. Contact us to get started!
What can I do if my Pax is damaged or a piece is missing?
Contact us by emailing tash@paxforkids.com.au or filling out the form above, and we'll make it right!
I've lost a piece. Are replacement parts available?
Yes! We're working on making them available for purchase through the website, but for now just let us know what you need and we'll get it out to you.
